1 - Edit video clips

‒ Download video clips from Client's google drive folder to your cell phone

‒ Edit the videos on the TikTok mobile app

‒ Add Text to speech as follows

‒ "Hey ______ area"

‒ "Do you have back pain, neck pain, sciatica or headaches/migraines?"

‒ "We're doing something crazy to promote our chiropractic office. We're giving away 25 vouchers for a [offer]"

(Optional) Something cool about the office:

‒ And we have 500+ 4.9 star google reviews

‒ You can get creative here. Use your own discretion

‒ "If you live within driving distance of ______ (Area) tap below to claim your voucher and schedule your appointment"


Don't post it yet. Do a screen recording, trim it, crop it (16:9) and then re-upload that to google drive or airdrop it to your computer.

2 - Build the Campaign

‒ Go to https://business.tiktok.com/

‒ Select your client's ad account

‒ Create a new campaign

‒ Set up Ad set (budget, targeting, etc)

‒ Create lead form and ad text

("$27 New Patient Appointment" - don't include the terms "Exam or X-Rays" in the text. TikTok might not approve it like that

‒ Open TikTok Video Editor

‒ Add Audio

‒ Publish Campaign

3 - Integrate TikTok with Zapier and GHL

‒ Duplicate the TikTok Zap inside of Zapier

‒ Change the name to match your Client's name

‒ Select the TikTok Ad account

‒ Select the TikTok Lead Form

‒ Add your client's ChiroCandy app account to the zap

‒ Fill out with the appropriate information

‒(inside of GHL) Add a "tiktok lead" tag to a test lead inside of GHL

‒ Duplicate the Trigger that brings leads in from FB

‒ Change the "If" part of the trigger to when the "tiktok" tag is added

‒ Update the notifications to say "TikTok Lead" instead of Facebook Lead

‒ Save the trigger and turn it on

‒ go back to zapier and test it
